Our Team

Charles Maxwell

Charles Maxwell brings 30 years of experience as an engineer and manager.  And he has provided training to engineers and managers for more than 20 years.

He has played a key role as business strategist and financial analyst for large corporations. He possesses strong experience evaluating the technical and financial aspects of projects.

Charles has taught a variety of business workshops and seminars. His courses provide concise and highly usable tips and techniques. His students find his approach refreshing and entertaining. He has played a pivotal role fostering career growth in employees.

Charles has implemented quality management systems, led projects, directed engineering, managed research, and coordinated administrative functions. He speaks from broad experience. Charles is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as recognized by the Project Management Institute.

He graduated in 1977 from the University of Arizona with a BS in metallurgical engineering. He has worked as a Registered Professional Chemical Engineer since 1983 (Arizona license no. 15586).
